Sonnyday Market is located at the 3rd floor of Ayala Malls Central Bloc, IT Park, Cebu City.
We're open from:
Sunday to Thursday 10AM-9PM
Friday and Saturday 10AM-10PM
Product Availability & Order Types
- On-hand items are in stock and ready to ship or pick up. These are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
- Order-on-request items are sourced after checkout and typically take 3–6 weeks before shipping or pickup.
- Official pre-order items have not yet been manufactured or released. Processing time depends on the brand’s official release schedule. Please refer to the estimated release date on the product page.
Processing, Mixed Orders & Checkout
1. Can I order on-hand items and preorders together?
It depends on the item type:
On-hand + Order-on-request
✔ Yes. The order will ship or be ready for pickup once all items arrive.
On-hand + Official preorder
❌ IF SHIPPING - We strongly recommend checking out separately to avoid order cancellations.
✔ ONLY ALLOWED IF STORE PICK-UP
Store pickup orders
✔ Mixed orders are allowed. Pickup notifications will be sent separately as items arrive.
2. Will my order ship in one package or multiple shipments?
Each checkout corresponds to one shipment.
- Orders that mix on-hand items with official preorder items will be cancelled due to shipping charge limitations.
- Mixed orders are allowed only for store pickup.
3. When will my order ship?
- On-hand orders: Ship within 24–48 hours.
- On-hand + order-on-request orders: Ship once all items are available. (Unless separate check-out.)
- Official preorder items: Ship according to the estimated release date listed.
Pre-Order Clarifications
DISCLAIMER: Pre-orders can take a long time! Please do not order if you're uncomfortable with waiting. You may opt to request for the item once it's released!
1. Why do pre-order release dates sometimes change?
- Release dates for official pre-orders are estimates provided by manufacturers or suppliers. Delays may occur due to production or logistics issues beyond our control.
- If you prefer more certainty, you may wait until the item becomes available as an order-on-request item. Please note that availability may be limited.
2. What happens if my pre-order item is delayed or unavailable?
- Delays are beyond our team's control, we can only provide updates based on the manufacturers' updates.
- If there are any issues with availability, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.
- Availability for official pre-orders is not guaranteed, especially for limited allocations.
3. What if my order includes multiple preorder items with different release dates?
- If you check out multiple preorder items with different release dates and choose shipping, we’ll contact you via text or email to confirm whether you prefer:
- Shipping everything together once all items arrive, or
- Shipping certain items earlier (if applicable)
Shipping, Couriers & Store Pick -Up
1. What courier do you use?
We ship via:
- J&T Express
- LBC Express
- Free shipping orders will be sent via J&T Express.
- We also offer store pick-up for Cebu buyers!
Delivery times vary depending on location and courier conditions. Tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₱5,000. Applies to on-hand items.
- Pre-order items above ₱5,000 also qualify for free shipping.
3. What if I entered the wrong shipping address or contact details?
- Please ensure all shipping details are correct before checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete information, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
- Delivery will be subject to additional processing and wait time.
- We will assist in coordinating with the courier, but delays caused by incorrect details are beyond our control.
4. How does store pickup work?
- Once your items are ready, you’ll receive a notification via email and text message with pickup details.
5. When will I be notified that my pickup order is ready?
- On-hand items: usually ready within 24 hours
- Order-on-request and pre-order items: you’ll be notified once they arrive
6. How long do you hold store pickup orders?
- Store pickup orders are held for 14 days from the notification date.
- If we do not receive a response within this period, the order will be considered forfeited, and the item may be disposed of or reallocated at our discretion.
- Unfortunately, no refunds or credits can be issued for unclaimed pickup orders.
7. Can I switch my order from store pickup to shipping (or vice versa)?
- Yes, changes may be possible depending on the order status.
- Please email sonnydaycustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Combining Orders
1. Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment or pickup?
- Yes, multiple orders may be combined as long as they have not yet been packed.
This applies to:
- On-hand items
- Order-on-request items
- Once packing has started, combining orders is no longer possible.
2. Can I cancel my order after checkout?
Cancellations depend on the item type and order status.
On-hand items:
✔ Can be cancelled if not yet packed
Order-on-request items:
✔ Can be cancelled if not yet purchased from the supplier
Pre-order items:
⚠️ Cancellations are allowed with a cancellation fee, as determined by the supplier.
Products & Authenticity
1. Where do you source your products from?
- Most of our suppliers are based in China, with select items sourced from Japan and Korea.
2. Are your items limited or restocked regularly?
- We restock in-store items weekly to biweekly, depending on availability.
- Quantities are limited, and some items may not be restocked once sold out.
3. Why are some items only available as order-on-request or pre-order?
- As a small business, we’re unable to stock every item in-store.
- Offering order-on-request and pre-order options allows collectors access to items we don’t regularly carry.
4. Are your products authentic?
- Approximately 95% of our items are licensed or official merchandise.
- In rare cases where unofficial items are sold, this will be clearly disclosed in the product listing and in-store.
Payments, Returns & Exchanges
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Online wallets
- QR payments
- Credit cards via PayMaya
- Cash on Delivery (COD) and Pay-on-Pickup are unavailable.
2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Minor paint inconsistencies
- Scratches
- Box or packaging condition
We do accept exchanges for:
- Missing parts
- Factory defects
- An unboxing video is required for all claims.
3. Do you offer price adjustments after purchase?
- No. We do not offer price adjustments, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased prior to promotions or discounts.
